Calculum attended ProcureCon Europe in Cologne from September 22 to 24, joining procurement leaders from across Europe for three days of conversations on strategy, technology, and the evolving role of the function.

Karel Krejčí, Head of Global Sales, and Eric Zager, Head of Global Business Development, were joined by Jens Noffke, who recently joined Calculum as Global Head of Customer Value & Strategy.

Conversations throughout the event focused on working capital, payment terms, and the growing role of data in procurement decisions. A recurring theme was the gap between internal assumptions and market reality. Procurement teams increasingly want to know where their payment terms stand against comparable buyers, which suppliers present the strongest opportunities, and how to approach those conversations with better intelligence.
