Your insights and initiatives will directly influence our products, strategies, and the satisfaction of our clients. In this role, you will craft comprehensive onboarding experiences and welcome packs that set clients up for immediate success. 

You will lead engaging training sessions and platform demos, helping clients unlock the full potential of our solutions. You will also develop and curate a library of best practices, case studies, and demo videos, and making it easy for clients to find the resources they need. 

In this role, you will build deep relationships with client stakeholders, especially in procurement and finance, becoming their go-to advisor for all things Calculum. You will monitor KPIs, as well as gather and share valuable insights to help shape our products and strategies, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. 

You will serve as the primary escalation point, resolving issues swiftly and strengthening trust at every touchpoint. 

Skills & Qualifications 

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, account management, or client-facing roles 
  • Good understanding and strong interest in finance, technology, or business operations 
  • A highly collaborative team ethos is essential 
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and document scalable Customer Success processes. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking and project management abilities. 
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. 
  • High level of personal integrity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
