Calculum is a Miami (FL) based FinTech company that allows organizations to unlock millions in working capital and generate free cash flow by optimizing payment terms. 

Calculum’s platform allows organizations to compare themselves with their competitors. With the web-based platform leveraging artificial intelligence, companies can analyze all their suppliers in terms of payment terms, financials, sustainability, ESG (Economic Social Governance), and seize all the necessary arguments to negotiate more favorable terms. 

Calculum identifies on average over 10% in working capital benefits and initiatives, positively impacting free cash flow, which in turn can be invested directly in their growth, development, and sustainability programs.

Calculum is scaling fast, and our leadership team needs a right hand to keep the momentum going. This isn’t a remote role where you’re just another face on a screen. You will bein-person at our Downtown Miami office, working side-by-side with our CEO and ourSales and Marketing leads. If you want to see exactly how a FinTech company is built, managed, and sold, this is your front-row seat. You’ll be in the room where it happens, helping us turn data into working capital for some of the world's biggest organizations.

The Day-to-Day‍

‍CEO Support: You’ll be the gatekeeper and air traffic controller for our CEO. This means managing a high-stakes calendar, prepping for board meetings, and ensuring his time is spent where it matters most.

‍Sales Operations: You’ll help the Sales team stay sharp—assisting with lead research, prepping pitch decks, and making sure our pipeline stays moving.

‍Marketing Execution: Work with Marketing to coordinate campaigns, manage event logistics, and ensure our brand voice is consistent across all platforms.

‍Office Pulse: Being in-person means you’re the heartbeat of the office. You’ll help keep the Downtown Miami HQ organized, professional, and energized.
