We are looking for an Entry Level Data/Financial Analyst who will join our data team and support product and sales teams with insights gained from analyzing company data. The ideal candidate is adept at using large financial data sets, identifying valuable information and analyzing datasets with high critical thinking.

About the Role

The Data Analyst will join our dedicated Data team by cleaning, enriching and analyzing large datasets to ensure the integrity of Calculum’s analysis projects. Calculum Platform allows clients to compare, analyze, improve and negotiate better payment terms. Calculum help large organizations to unlock tens of millions of cash flow by analyzing their entire supply chain. The Data analyst will join the data team and be part of this meaningful data analytics project. The Data Analyst will work as part of a team and must be critical thinker, analytical and proactive.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the use case of the analysis in order to provide the best approach for solution
  • Data extracting usable data from valuable data sources
  • Carrying out data quality checks to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic system
  • Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis.
  • Presenting results in a clear manner
  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Systems or similar business fields
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on Data Analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel
  • Good knowledge in Corporate Finance and understanding of Working Capital
  • Hands-on experience with data science tools preferrable
  • We’re looking for someone who is a critical thinker, analytical and independent.
